Visited Braidburn School with Cathy B. This is a newly built special school for pupils with a very wide range of additional needs. We spent time speaking to senior pupils at the school. It was interesting that the issues they raised were: transition to adult services and the challenges this presents; access to leisure time pursuits; transport.
