Meeting with Val Cox, Scottish Government. This was an update meeting. Val informally informed of changing in the management of the Children’s Rights portfolio in Scottish Government. She also provided information on the impact of budget restraint, one of which is that there are no funds to progress a proposal to benchmark participation activity across Scotland.
