I spent all day in South Lanarkshire with Cathy (SCCYP Participation & Education Officer). In the morning, another RRS event, this time a training event for prospective School Council members. This is the fourth event held specifically for South Lanarkshire. I thought Bruce Wilkinson (unicef) (introduced as Bruce Willis) was in his element and potential for use elsewhere. We lunched with Director of Education and several people we want to have involved in a Right Blether. Later in the day we visited a youth centre and spoke to several budding youth leaders – very impressive ‘grow your own’ approach.
