Earlier this month the Scottish Government launched the formal public consultation on the new Children and Young People (Scotland) Bill.
The Bill sets out a range of proposals for taking forward the Scottish Government's ambitions for children’s rights and services. You can find the consultation paper here on the Scottish Government website, alongside details of how to submit your response.
Please note the deadline for responses is 25 September 2012.
