Getting on with your life: guide for young people with epilepsy

A brilliant new guide for young people aged 13-19 who have epilepsy has been launched by Epilepsy Scotland. Whether you have had epilepsy for a while or have just been diagnosed, it can help you. Or you may have a friend with epilepsy that you could pass this guide on to- it should help them too.

To learn more about what epilepsy is, or if you have anyquestions about the topics in this guide, you can speak to your epilepsy specialist nurse or doctor.

There's also lots of help for you if you need someone to talk to. There's a confidential helpline on 0808 800 2200, text 07786 209 501 or you can email if you prefer, enquiries@epilepsyscotland.org.uk
